Marc G. Whitefield is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A.), and Wayne State University (J.D.), where he was a member of the Wayne Law Review. Since his admission to the Michigan Bar in 1975, he has practiced extensively in the fields of labor and employment law, collective bargaining, condemnation law, and general litigation. He has practiced extensively before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and arbitrators. He is currently designated as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan for condemnation matters, and is also a member of the panel of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association. Areas of expertise include: Labor and Employment Law; Condemnation.
