Marc H. Wander, born in Detroit, Michigan, December 11, 1965. Admitted to bar, 1992, Michigan, U.S. District Court, Eastern District Court of Michigan. Education: Michigan State University (Accounting, 1989) and Wayne State University (JD 1992). He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member, Probate and Trust Law Section) and also the former chairperson of the Oakland County Bar Tax Committee. He currently serves as a board member of the Detroit Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Mr. Wander is a published author on the topic of family liability companies as used in estate planning and is a frequent continuing education speaker to life insurance agents, financial advisors, CPA’s and Certified Financial Planners. He has been a legal expert on WJR radio.
