David E. Sims, was born Detroit, Michigan, April 19, 1963 and admitted to bar in 1988. Mr. Sims is a Graduate of Michigan State University (B.A. with honors, 1985) and Wayne State University (J.D., 1988). Mr. Sims concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Closely Held Business Matters, and Real Estate Litigation. He also has extensive experience advising clients on issues relating to drafting and negotiating business and construction contracts. He has been involved in representing clients in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, as well as debtor creditor matters. Mr. Sims also advises clients on issues relating to the sales of goods. He is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan.
