Richard M. Selik is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.G.S.) and the University of Detroit (J.D.), where he was an editor for the University of Detroit Journal of Urban Law. Since being admitted to practice in Michigan, he has practiced extensively in state and federal courts, and has focused his practice primarily in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, ERISA litigation, real estate development, and general litigation.
