Richard M. Selik is an attorney with 36 years of experience. Since 1980 he has concentrated his practice in commercial real estate transactions.  He has a broad range of experience representing clients in acquisitions, sales, land use, entitlements, development, financing, construction, leasing and work outs.  His clients include owners, operators, developers and investors in all types of commercial properties (office, retail and industrial).  Rick has a broad range of experience in real estate transactions on both a regional and national level.  He is one of the original members of the firm established in 1984.

Rick was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 1974.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1971 and thereafter attended the University of Detroit School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1974.

Rick is listed in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers that have earned the AV Peer Review Rating.
