Daniel G. Levan is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A., 1989) and University of Detroit School of Law (J.D., Magna Cum Laude, 1993), where he graduated first in his class and was an editor for the University of Detroit Law Review. While attending law school, Mr. LeVan worked as an intern for the Honorable Paul V. Gadola, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan; Received the Deans Scholarship for Academic Excellence (1992, 1993) and American Jurisprudence Awards in Evidence and Secured Transactions; and was a member of the Justice Frank Murphy Honor Society. Since his admission to the bar in 1993, Mr. LeVan has practiced primarily in the areas of commercial and employment litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. LeVan is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
