Robert J. Finkel is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A.), Wayne State University (J.D.), and New York University (L.L.M.). He has practiced extensively in the field of labor and employment law since he was admitted to practice in Michigan in 1969. He has appeared in state and federal courts and has extensive experience in collective bargaining, NLRB litigation, and arbitration. He is a fellow-elect of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is also a member of the panel of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.
